Refund and return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your cookies please contact us immediately at sweetstreetbaking@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must either: 

• have the incorrect spelling
• have the incorrect designs
• arrive damaged

If the above applies to your order we will immediately refund either a partial (damaged items) or full amount of your order once photo evidence is shown.

We unfortunately do not accept returns as our cookies are a food product.
