Refund and return policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your cookies please contact us immediately at and we will work with you to resolve your concerns.

In order to be eligible for a refund your item must either: 

  • have the incorrect spelling
  • have the incorrect design 

If the above applies to your order we will immediately refund either a partial or full amount of your order once photo evidence is provided.

Whilst we ensure that our cookies are appropriately wrapped and packed ready to be posted to you, we can't control how our Courier or Australia Post handle our precious cargo. While we have not had any issues with broken cookies, we are unfortunately unable to accept responsibility for damages. However as mentioned above, if you have any issues with your cookies please contact us immediately. 

We unfortunately do not accept returns as our cookies are a food product.
